How Airless Tubes Work
An airless tube uses a piston or diaphragm mechanism at the base. When the user pumps the top, the piston rises upward, pushing product out without allowing any air into the container. The product is never exposed to oxygen between uses.
Standard Squeeze Tubes
A conventional tube relies on the user squeezing the body to push product through the orifice. After each use, air enters the tube to replace the dispensed product. The formulation is exposed to oxygen with every use.

When Standard Tubes Win
- Stable formulations: moisturizers, sunscreens, cleansers, body lotions
- Products used quickly (30-60 day supply)
