Most people see a cosmetic tube and think "just packaging." I see material layers, barrier properties, print resolutions, cap mechanisms, and margin implications. This isn't something I learned from textbooks โ I learned it on factory floors, in client boardrooms, and through hundreds of product launches.
From Factory Floors to Founding My Own Practice
My journey started on the production lines โ watching ABL and PBL tubes get extruded, printed, and capped, thousands per hour. I learned how materials behave under heat, why certain inks bleed on laminate, and what makes a cap mechanism feel premium versus cheap.
Over the years, I worked with manufacturers like Neopac โ handling everything from customer briefs to product launches for some of India's most recognized beauty brands. Today, at Meliora Packaging, I lead sales and marketing for premium cosmetic tube solutions.

When Neopac was preparing to launch their Eco Range โ a line of sustainable, recyclable tubes โ I was the one leading the consumer research. We went directly to the audience that matters most: Gen-Z consumers.
We sat down with young buyers, showed them mono-material tubes, PCR packaging, paper tubes, and shoulderless formats. We asked what they care about. The answers surprised everyone.
That research shaped the entire product line. It's the same approach I teach in this course โ don't guess what works, validate it with real consumer insight.

This was one of my favourite moments โ watching interview candidates discover that their daily favourite skincare creams could be packaged in paper-based tubes. The look on their faces was priceless.
