Hi, I’m Vishal.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in PE coextrusion, ABL, and PBL tube manufacturing, print & decoration, and brand packaging strategy, I help beauty brands globally create tube packaging that is premium, functional, and shelf-worthy.
Throughout my career, I have led New Product Development (NPD) for some of India’s fastest-growing D2C and legacy FMCG brands. Whether it’s introducing India’s first Rectangular Luxury Tubes, pioneering precision dropper tubes, or optimizing massive volume orders for cost efficiency — I know exactly what it takes to take your product from concept to a bestseller.
Currently, I serve as Sales & Marketing Manager at Meliora Packaging Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001:2015 certified cosmetic tube manufacturer headquartered in Mumbai with a state-of-the-art production facility in Silvassa.

Started my career in sales within the cosmetic tube packaging sector, learning the fundamentals of tube manufacturing, client management, and market dynamics from the ground up.
Deep-Dived into Manufacturing
Moved closer to the factory floor to understand PE coextrusion, offset printing, screen printing, and the science behind multi-layer barrier tubes. This hands-on experience became the foundation of everything I do today.
First Major Brand Collaborations
Began working directly with fast-growing D2C beauty brands like Minimalist and mCaffeine — helping them design and develop their tube packaging from scratch.
Led New Product Development
Took ownership of NPD initiatives — pioneering India's first Rectangular Luxury Tubes and precision dropper tube applicators for the skincare segment.

Joined Meliora Packaging Pvt. Ltd. as Sales & Marketing Manager, leading business development across beauty, pharma, FMCG, and DIY segments from their ISO-certified facility in Silvassa.
